IAN HOGG  Ian Hogg joined FMA as CEO in November 2009 and was elevated to his current role in August 2011. Ian has worked for 25 years in the television industry, within TV networks and independent production companies in Australia and Asia. Ian began his career in production and programming at Channel Ten. He has had key roles at NZTV3, Becker Group and founded Theatre Red Pte in Singapore. Before joining FremantleMedia, Ian was with MGM Worldwide, and in an advisory role with Prime Media Group.

ZARA CURTIS With more than 20 years in commercial sales, marketing and content creation across multiple platforms, Zara Curtis heads up FremantleMedia's branded content and the Brand Partnerships division. She was appointed to this role in June 2012, as well as overseeing FMA’s low cost production division Spring. Zara previously held senior executive roles at News Life Media and ACP Magazines/Nine Entertainment Group, and marketing roles at Clarins and Estee Lauder UK.

PAUL RIDLEY Paul has been in the TV industry his entire career in New Zealand and Australia and at FremantleMedia since 2002. He has been instrumental in securing third party content for the International Division. He worked at TVNZ for 18 years before helping to create four pay TV networks for XYZ Entertainment in Sydney. He was Head of Television for Becker Entertainment before being offered the role of CEO for thecomedychannel. He joined FremantleMedia as VP Sales Australia and NZ before his current role.

CAROLINE SPENCER Caroline was promoted to the role of Director of Development in October 2013. She leads the development process for new entertainment and reality formats as well as adapting international formats for the Australian market. Prior to this appointment Caroline had great success as an Executive Producer with FMA on programs such as MasterChef, The Farmer Wants A Wife and Recipe To Riches. Caroline has been with FMA since 2008.

GREG WOODS Greg Woods has spent the past two decades working in finance roles across a number of industries. A Chartered Accountant and graduate of University of Technology Sydney, he joined FMA as Finance Manager in 2008, having previously worked for Diageo in both the United Kingdom and Budapest. He was promoted to his current role of Finance Director in 2015, overseeing the finance function of the Australian business.

In 1997, she joined the Seven Network in-house drama department where she produced five drama series, including All Saints, Always Greener and Packed to the Rafters. As well as overseeing global successes Neighbours and Wentworth for FMA, Jo has launched Wonderland; Mary: The Making of a Princess; Hoges: The Paul Hogan Story and is currently producing an impressive slate of drama including Picnic at Hanging Rock.

He has been in his role of Director of Programming since January 2014. With Jonathon at the helm, The X Factor had four consecutive years of ratings growth. Prior to The X Factor, Jonathon was Executive Producer of The Biggest Loser and Co-Executive Producer of MasterChef. Jonathon has been with FMA for almost a decade.
